To continue our growth and maintain our competitive edge, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Team Leader and Preparation Production Coordinator.

Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and coordination of production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Your primary duties will include managing the production team, coordinating with various departments to streamline operations, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also play a crucial role in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and motivating your team towards excellence.

Qualifications :

• We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of a S1 degree in Metallurgy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Casting/Melting Process.
• Required language(s): English
• Having experience 1 to 3 years.
• Proficiency in casting and melting processes
• Able metal forming process, melting, rolling, stamping and a proven track record in leadership.
