1. Draft press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries
2. Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts
3. Organize events related to media and press
4. Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
5. Pitch story ideas and content to the media
6. Ensure all communication is cohesive with the brand image
7. Track and analyze media coverage to inform future campaigns
8. Evaluate public opinion of clients through social media
9. Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews
1. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications 3. Have a track record of producing press releases and other publicity material
4. Excellent organization and project management skills
5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
6. Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs
7. Strong creative oral and written communication skills
8. Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
