Working Schedule : Regular working days 5:2 / Roster 4 weeks on : 2 weeks off

Some of your duties will include:

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed maintenance and outage plans for mobile equipment and cranes.
• Create and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and align schedules with operational requirements.

Outage & Project Planning

• Plan and oversee maintenance outages and major equipment overhauls.
• Support the development and execution of capital projects related to equipment upgrades, replacements, and major repairs.
• Ensure all outage and project activities are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Resource Coordination

• Identify and allocate manpower, tools, materials, spare parts, and equipment required for maintenance and project activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.

Work Order & CMMS Management

• Generate, prioritize, and monitor work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ensure accurate documentation, proper work order closure, and complete maintenance records in the system.
• Optimize the use of CMMS (e.g., SAP or similar) to improve maintenance planning and reporting.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex mechanical and electrical maintenance issues.
• Support maintenance activities for truck fleets and motor vehicle fleets including haul trucks, light and medium vehicles, cranes, manlifts, lube trucks, compressors, generators, welding machines, tyre operations, and power & lighting systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators such as equipment availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management regarding maintenance performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all maintenance, outage, and project activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance maintenance performance and cost effectiveness.

Persyaratan Khusus

What skills and experience do you need?

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·      Relevant certifications in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or project management are an advantage.

·      Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning / maintenance management, preferably in the mining industry or heavy equipment environment.

·      Proven experience handling mobile equipment and cranes in high-demand operational settings. Extensive experience in maintenance and servicing of: truck fleets and motor vehicle fleets (LV, MV, haul trucks), Cranes, mobile cranes, crane trucks, manlifts, Lube trucks, compressors, generators, welding machines, tyre operations, lighting and power systems

·      Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance, Proficient in CMMS systems (SAP or similar) and solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for mobile equipment and cranes.

·      Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments, Excellent command of English (verbal and written), Advanced computer skills (MS Office, planning & reporting tools).
