• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project execution or site supervision within construction, renovation, or property development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to work on-site as needed.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
