PA & Content Creator
Requirements: Female Based in Bali - is a must Confident, presentable, and comfortable in front of the camera Creative and up-to-date with social media trends Basic skills in video/photo editing (CapCut, VN, etc.) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication skills and fast response time Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities 1. Personal Assistant (PA) Duties Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments Handle emails, WhatsApp, and business communications Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, vendors, etc.) Assist with administrative tasks (invoicing, data entry, simple reports) Provide day-to-day operational support to the owner Follow up on partnerships, collaborations, and clients Arrange travel plans when required 2. Content Creator Duties Plan and develop content ideas for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) Shoot and edit photos/videos for brand needs Write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice Stay updated with trends and create relevant content Manage posting schedules and content uploads Collaborate with the team on campaigns and promotions Plus Points: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Content Creator Understanding of fashion/lifestyle industry Strong aesthetic sense Able to shoot content using iPhone or camera Working Style: Fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexible role (not strictly 9–5) High exposure to brand development and direct collaboration with the owner BALI BASED
