Persyaratan Khusus

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Supervisor or Administrative Supervisor, preferably within a hospitality or property management group.
• Strong coordination skills with solid understanding of Housekeeping (office cleanliness standards, vendor/cleaning crew coordination, supplies & inventory control).
• Basic understanding of Engineering/Maintenance (facility upkeep, reporting & tracking maintenance issues, follow-up with Engineering teams).
• Proven experience managing office operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and office asset management.
• Able to coordinate with property/unit teams to ensure smooth communication regarding housekeeping and engineering matters.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support corporate operations effectively.
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented work attitude.
