### Technical Skills & Microservices 1. Core Proficiency: 3–5 years of experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 5+ and C#. 2. Microservices Architecture: Solid understanding of service boundaries, inter-service communication (REST, GraphQL), and API Gateways. 3. Asynchronous Messaging: Familiarity with message brokers (e.g.: Kafka) for decoupled systems. 4. Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server. Experience with PostgreSQL is a significant plus (complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning). 5. Containerization: Basic knowledge of Docker. Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
