Montessori Toddler Teacher
Qualifications : - Good atittude is a MUST - Bachelor’s Degree in Education (S.Pd or equivalent) - Certified Montessori Teacher (Toddler or Early Childhood level) - Experience teaching toddlers is preferred - Knowledge of child development and early childhood education - Patient, calm, and nurturing personality - Able to work independently and collaboratively with caregivers - Capable of handling the care of more than 3 toddlers (approximately one year old) while working flexibly alongside with the nanny Main Responsibilities : - Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori-based activities for toddlers - Prepare and maintain a safe and prepared Montessori environment - Observe and support each child’s development, including: motor skills, sensory development, early language, social-emotional skills - Encourage independence, exploration, and positive behavior - Adjust activities according to each child’s developmental needs - Support children during transitions between activities - Provide brief daily or weekly feedback to parents - Provide temporary backup support when the nanny is on break or off Working Hours : - 5 days work & 2 days off, 7 hours per day (include 1 hour break) - 08.00 – 15.00 (can be changed if needed) - One meal provided
