MEP Engineer
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–3 years experience in MEP construction projects. Understand MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and low current systems. Able to read MEP drawings and coordinate with other disciplines. Familiar with project scheduling and site supervision. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Preferably experienced in villa, residential, or hospitality projects. Job Description : Supervise and monitor MEP works on site. Coordinate MEP installation with site team, consultants, and subcontractors. Review MEP drawings and ensure implementation follows approved drawings. Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requests. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot technical issues on site. Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications and safety standards. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover process.
