Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Oversee and perform receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, picking, staging, and issuance of materials.
2. Inspect sensitive, critical, and bulky materials to ensure proper preservation, labeling, and storage conditions.
3. Verify correct materials, quantities, and specifications before staging for maintenance and shutdown activities.
4. Enforce SOPs, HSE guidelines, hazardous material handling rules, and storage standards.
5. Participate in cycle counts, report discrepancies, and support investigations.
6. Ensure safe material handling, proper use of forklifts/lifting equipment, and clean, organized storage areas.
7. Performing Forklift & Truck operation in plant safely
8. Identify, segregate, and report defective or incorrect items for further action.
9. Track expiry dates, preservation intervals, and requirements for sensitive or chemical materials.
10. Support Audit and Compliance Requirements 

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Bachelor Degree in all engineering major from reputable university 
2. Min: 3 years experiences in warehousing, inventory, material management
3. Preferably holding a valid forklift license and SIM B1
4. Understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse operations
5. Solid working knowledge of SAP MM/WM or similar ERP systems for goods movements
6. Knowledge of preservation techniques, storage requirements, and binning principles
7. Knowledge of HSE requirements for warehouse operations
8. Intermediate English in speaking and writing
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Willing to be placed in Cilegon
