Position Summary The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across KOL/influencer campaigns, CRM channels, and digital marketing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating campaign execution, managing marketing tools (e.g., MoEngage), supporting performance marketing efforts, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work cross-functionally to support efficient and effective marketing execution. Responsibilities 1. Marketing Operations Support sourcing and shortlisting of KOLs aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives Coordinate campaign briefings, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and KOLs Monitor KOL content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign requirements Maintain and update KOL databases, campaign trackers, and performance records Support contract documentation and coordinate with legal and finance for partnership administration 2. Campaign & Performance Support Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital and performance marketing initiatives. Assist in basic campaign optimization through performance tracking and data analysis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. Support reporting and analysis for marketing initiatives to drive operational improvements. 3. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing operations and resolve operational discrepancies when needed. Provide ad hoc support for related business functions, including data coordination and process support. Support continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and operational efficiency within the marketing function. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or similar roles Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., MoEngage or similar platforms) is a plus Basic understanding or experience in digital marketing, including performance ads (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), is a plus Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and maintaining reports Prior experience in KOL/influencer campaign coordination is a plus
