• Market Analyst:
• Gather market data, including supply/demand trends and other key market indicators.
• Assess product profitability to support decision-making.
• Prepare analyses on overall sales performance, including volume, pricing, and other relevant categorizations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the main contact for assigned customers.
• Handle daily communications, inquiries, and requests regarding supply, delivery schedule, and product specifications.
• Sales Planning & Commercial Activities:
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and production plans to align sales strategies.
• Execute spot and term contract sales, and finalize deals in coordination with management.
• Operation Execution:
• Arrange delivery through various logistics channels based on customers : vessel, truck, and pipeline.
• Coordinate vessel nominations, loading schedules, and communication with shipping agents.
• Ensure accurate scheduling for product loading and discharging.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with internal policies, corporate guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain high standards of business ethics, data integrity, and transparent reporting.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Fresh Graduate with max. 2 years of working experiences
• Good knowledge in Export-Import Process
• Good knowledge in SAP Software
• Good in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and good in analytical thinking and responsibility
• Legal and moral integrity
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
