Job Responsibilities
• Act as a bridge of communication between Mandarin-speaking management/engineers and local QC & Production staff.
• Translate and interpret production & quality control instructions, SOPs, and technical documents (Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia/English).
• Support daily operations in production and QC departments, including reporting and documentation.
• Assist supervisors in monitoring production progress and quality requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to understand QC and production processes.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major, Engineering/Science preferred).
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) and Bahasa Indonesia. English is a plus.
• No prior QC experience required – willingness to learn is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a factory environment.
