We're holding manufacturing company such as PT. Pelita Tomang Mas, PT Sepatu Andalan Nusantara, and PT Chosen Mitra Abadi produces many footwear brands.

Role Description

Responsible for serving as a strategic communication bridge between the owner, Board of Directors, and both internal and external Mandarin-speaking parties—both verbally and in writing—to ensure smooth operations, effective business negotiations, and the accurate and efficient delivery of instructions in a cross-cultural work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between internal factory teams and suppliers, ensuring technical information is accurately translated and communicated.
• Accurately translate all verbal (online and offline meetings) and written activities (technical documents, contracts, invoices, etc.) to and from Mandarin.
• Provide information and monitor production requirements, including quality standards, quantity, raw materials, pricing, delivery, and other related matters, to suppliers and relevant parties.
• Offer insights and analysis in the sourcing of raw materials, negotiation processes, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Prepare regular reports and provide strategic recommendations regarding the effectiveness of supplier collaborations to the relevant stakeholders.

Persyaratan Khusus

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, International Relations, or International Business.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, preferably in the manufacturing industry (footwear industry is a plus).
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (minimum HSK level 5).
• Experienced in communicating with Chinese suppliers, including sourcing, negotiation, procurement, etc.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of export-import logistics systems (additional advantage).
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and workflows, including production, quality control, purchasing, and shipping.
• Comfortable using communication platforms such as WeChat.
• Highly flexible, strategic thinker, and able to maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Willing to be placed in Sukoharjo, Solo.
