Manager Travel & Perjalanan Wisata
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry, especially in a managerial or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism, Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, and visa procedures
• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with overseas partners and agents
• Strong skills in negotiation, itinerary planning, and budget management
• Ability to develop sales and promotion strategies for international tour products
• Skilled in operational coordination, on-site problem solving, and team management
• Excellent English proficiency (Speaking, Listening, Writing, and Reading)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and customer-service oriented
