1. Manage and administer ERP, HRIS, Groupware and Homepage platforms, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and security.
2. Coordinate business process analysis and improvement projects, aligning technology solutions with company objectives.
3. Develop and maintain data integration between ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
4. Implement and monitor ITGC policies to ensure compliance with corporate audit and control standards.
5. Collaborate with business units to define functional requirements and oversee system enhancements or upgrades.
6. Lead AI/ML development initiatives, from data preparation to model training and deployment for operational and business insights.
7. Support reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
8. Provide user training and technical documentation for system updates and new features.
9. Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain IT compliance and governance.

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 6 years’ experience managing ERP SAP / HRIS Successfactors platforms in petrochemical company.
3. Exposure to AI/ML projects and predictive analytics tools.
4. Familiar with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
5. Familiar with ITGC frameworks and audit processes.
6. Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Analytical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
