As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our Engineering & Production team.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and design efficient production systems to optimize workflow, manpower, and resources.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction by evaluating production feasibility and requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
