HRGA Supervisor
• Male, Max. 35 yo
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MSDM or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in HRGA roles in Manufacture
• Strong understanding of end to end process of Recruitment, Training, HR, Comben, IR, HRIS, OD & GA (Asset Management)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams
• Proficiency in Employee Regulations (UUTK, BPJS, PPh21)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Excel Advance
• Available to relocate to: Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten
