HR Payroll & HRIS
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management, or a related field (Accounting major is highly preferred).
• 2–3 years of working experience in Payroll or HRIS.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations related to payroll, overtime, BPJS Employment & Health, Income Tax (PPh 21), and other payroll components.
General Requirements :
• Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., GreatDay).
• Able to process payroll data accurately using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
• Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes: attendance data, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
• Knowledge of BPJS administration procedures, leave management, and employee database.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly committed to maintaining employee data confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
