Main Job:  

• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing
• Assess applicants knowledge, skills experience and attitude
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Perform supporting administrative tasks in Human Resources area

Persyaratan Khusus

Requirements : 

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields
• At least 1 until 2 years experience in recruitment (manufacturing background is a plus)
• Familiar with recruitment process & psychological tools
• Computer literate & Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good organizational and communication skill
• Good communication in English
• Willing to undergo an offline recruitment process in Bekasi
