REQUIREMENTS HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major .
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Hotel General Manager
- Understand marketing strategy and business development in hotel industry
- Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people
- Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking;
- Having knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls

- Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitivenes
- Establish the hotel's reputation for quality with a hands-on approach regarding operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue
- Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the property operates efficiently and profitably
