Responsibilities: Experience in live streaming productions (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc) and familiar with streaming tools like OBS Willing to work on public holidays and adapt to operational needs Recruit, train, and coach live hosts Step in as a live host when regular hosts are unavailable Monitor performance metrics and optimize results Plus point: Experience with other streaming platform and Ms. Excel Requirements: Proven experience in live streaming or live selling (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.). Familiarity with live streaming tools and software (e.g. OBS or similar platforms). Strong communication skills and on-camera confidence. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic analytical skills to understand performance metrics.
