• Operational Execution
• Conduct PP product loading into trucks, containers, or wingbox units.
• Verify product identification, packaging type, and shipping quantities.
• Conduct checklist and preventive maintenance field equipment during shipping activities such as conveyor, RGV, Forklift.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance
• Enforce HSE standards, PPE usage, and work permit requirements.
• Monitor contractors and truck drivers for adherence to safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions, near misses, spills, and incidents immediately.
• Maintain good housekeeping in all loading and staging areas
• Field Coordination
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse bagging, and CCR teams.
• Monitor product transfer from racking based on the picking list order.
• Communicate loading priorities, delays, or operational constraints.
• Inspection & Reporting
• Conduct equipment checks on conveyor, RGV, Forklift and truck weighing systems.
• Record daily loading volumes, stock movements, and abnormalities.
• Report any malfunction or product deviation to supervisors.
• Support & Emergency Response
• Assist during emergency response or product containment actions.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and drills.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in loading operations 

Persyaratan Khusus

• Min. Diploma 3 from reputable university with minimum 2 years experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or supply chain or shipping operations.
• SMK graduated with min. 4 years of experiences is welcome to apply.
• Experience in PP, pellet, or bulk handling is an advantage
• Familiar with daily reporting (Ms. Office is a must)
• Ability to read operational instructions and field log sheets
• Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability
• Experience with SAP & WMS program is an advantage
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
• Willing to work in shift.
