Key Responsibilities:


1. Plan, deliver, and assess English lessons based on the Cambridge and nasional curriculum


2. Develop students’ English proficiency across all skills — with measurable improvement in fluency, accuracy, and comprehension.


3. Implement engaging teaching strategies that enhance vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation for both academic and everyday use.


4. Prepare students for standardized English assessments (e.g., Cambridge Exams, IELTS, or national English tests).


5. Design creative learning activities that encourage communication, debate, reading culture, and writing discipline.


6. Track students’ progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.


7. Integrate technology and modern learning tools to support interactive and student-centered learning.


8. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain academic consistency and share best teaching practices.


9. Encourage a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters confidence, curiosity, and respect.


10. Contribute to English clubs, competitions, and literacy programs that enhance students’ exposure to the language.

Persyaratan Khusus

Qualifications:


1. Male/Female (Muslim/Muslimah)

3. Non-smoker, in excellent physical and mental health

4. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for teaching purposes

6. Experience with the Cambridge curriculum or UTBK–SNBT is preferred

7. Demonstrates a passion for teaching and contributing to students’ development, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

8. Has a good personality, high social awareness, and a strong spirit of collaboration

9. Proactive in utilizing technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes

10. Committed to continuous personal and professional development with a growth-oriented mindset

11. Able to manage classroom dynamics effectively and create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
