• Assist end user related to ERP SAP MM, E-Procurement, HR System platforms, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and security.
• Handle and perform Facility Portal System (Spiral Supply Chain, E3D and Asset Information Management).
• Provide IT administration support for raise PR and document control
• Facilitate training internal or external team.
• Involve in project if assigned by superior.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with AVEVA software solutions (e.g., AVEVA AIM, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA DMS, AVEVA DR, AVEVA USC).
• Experience with 3D modeling software, SAP MM and HR, data management, reconciliation, and analysis using AVEVA or similar software
• Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and their application in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of software integration methods and experience with APIs and data exchange protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
