• Develop creative event concepts from client briefs
• Create themes, storylines, and concept decks
• Collaborate with production and design teams through execution
• Strong conceptual thinking & storytelling skills
• Experienced in creating creative proposals / decks
• Good communication & able to work with deadlines
• 1–2 years experience in Event Organizer / Creative Agency
• Portfolio of event concepts is required
