• Analyze customer RFQ/RFP documents to understand scope and technical requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labor, production processes, vendor services, and logistics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate work methods and quantities.
• Develop BoQ and cost breakdowns for pricing proposals.
• Perform unit price analysis and profit margin calculations.
• Support price negotiation processes and internal cost reviews.
• Revise estimates based on design changes, scope adjustments, or project conditions.
• Min Diploma in Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a cost estimator for customer-driven projects (custom fabrication, engineering services, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand client spec.
• Detail-oriented, analytical skill.
• Good communication in English.
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam.
