Cost Control
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Culinary Arts or its equivalent. • Max age of 35 y.o
• Min. of 1 year experience as a Cost Control staff in the F&B industry
• Strong understanding of Food Cost, COGS, Inventory management, and FIFO/FEFOprinciples Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly accurate.
• High integrity with a firm and responsible attitude
• Able to work with targets and under pressure.
• Willing to conduct outlet visits and audits
