The Corporate Planning Supervisor is responsible for supervising corporate planning and accounting activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis to support management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise preparation of corporate plans, annual budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Apply strong understanding of Corporate Planning (CorPlan) processes and methodologies.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, both manual and system-based.
• Review and validate financial models, assumptions, projections, and accounting data.
• Monitor company performance through KPI tracking and variance analysis.
• Prepare management and executive reports, including performance dashboards and financial summaries.
• Coordinate with department heads to align strategic planning with operational execution.
• Support feasibility studies, investment analysis, and business expansion plans.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate planning, financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience preparing reports for management or board level.
• Knowledge in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Experience supporting investment or business expansion projects.
• Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is a strong advantage.
