• Develop and execute content plan for Social Media aligned with the company’s branding strategy.
• Create engaging content in the form of feeds, reels, stories, and short videos that reflect the company’s culture and values.
• Capture and highlight employee activities and experiences to support employer branding initiatives.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and storytelling to accompany visual content.
• Manage the end-to-end content production process (ideation, execution, editing, and publishing)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Skilled in creating visual and video content (basic design and editing skills are a plus).
• Creative, trend-savvy, and strong in storytelling.
• Familiar with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building employer branding through social media content.
