We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry & Bakery Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK) in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in pastry and bakery, preferably from a renowned dessert restaurant.
- Skilled in the basic techniques of bread, cake, and dessert preparation.
- Able to follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and product quality.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about the pastry & bakery industry.
- Able to work quickly, neatly, and in an organized manner.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts and under pressure as required by operations.
