Asst Director of Sales & Senior Sales Manager - Europe Market
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on the European market.
• Well-established network with travel agents, tour operators, MICE, OTAs, and corporate clients from the European market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, fluent in English.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, business plans, and market trend analysis to drive revenue growth.
• Experienced in leading and mentoring sales teams, with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Solid understanding of hotel distribution systems (OTA, GDS, Wholesaler) and pricing strategies.
• Strong target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
